Pricing & plans
One published plan: $250 per seat per month. This guide explains what a seat includes, how usage is measured, and how the trial works.
The plan
| Plan | Price | Included usage | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $250 per seat per month | Full monthly allowance, grows with each seat | Priced per seat, up to 20. A seat is one person. |
Pro. The only published plan. Every seat includes Alex, Sam, Taylor and Riley.
How usage is measured
Usage tracks agent actions. In practice the cost of a request depends on how much work it takes:
- A quick read-and-summarize or a single drafted reply: a light draw on your allowance.
- A multi-step task that pulls records, cross-references them, and drafts several messages draws more, in proportion to the steps.
- Deep research that reads many sources: the heaviest kind of work, because it does the most.
Efficiencies work in your favor. Repeated context is cached, and billing is proportional to actual work (see reserve-then-reconcile metering for the mechanics).
How long usage stays valid
- Included usage refreshes in full at the start of each billing period. It is sized for a month of work and does not roll over, so every period starts from the same full allowance.
- Purchased top-ups are valid for 12 months from purchase and survive a plan change or cancellation.
- Free trial usage is valid during your 7-day trial.
Usage draws from whatever expires soonest, normally your included allowance, so a top-up keeps its runway until you need it. The billing guide covers this in full.
Estimating your monthly usage
A useful way to size the month is to think in tasks per week, not units. Estimate how many agent tasks your team will run, and how heavy they skew:
- Light, frequent tasks (inbox triage, quick drafts, CRM updates) stretch your allowance a long way.
- A few deep-research or multi-agent projects per week will draw down faster. Budget headroom for them.
- Watch your first couple of weeks of real usage on the billing screen, then add a top-up if the month runs hot.
Start with the seats you need, run real work, and let actual consumption tell you whether to buy a top-up.
Seats and usage
- Add a seat for each person who signs in. The cap is 20 seats.
- If usage is the constraint and seats are fine, buy a top-up.
- A workspace already on another plan keeps that plan. Its price and seat cap are on Billing, not on this page.
